As very young children, Zachary, Monica and Evan would head up to Gainesville for a fun filled family weekend of sports and tailgates. These Gator game Saturdays with their grandparents, Charlie and Frances Murphy became a staple in the family. We have concluded that for some time, as young children, this was the only school that the three of them knew existed.
Now that football season is in full force, it is time to bring out the portraits of the Charlie and Karen Broome family. The minor hang up that the family now resides in Madison, Alabama, has in no way shape or form changed their loyalty to their Florida roots and their love for the University of Florida’s Athletic program. Their youngest son, Evan, recently graduated high school and needed senior portraits. When the choice was left up to him, he could think of no place that would better define him than the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, home of the Florida Gators.
Since the entire family was in town from Alabama, they decided that the time would be perfect for an updated family portrait. The park just off campus was an optimal location. We all love the results and it only makes it that much more exciting to be able to capture so many years of family memories in these portraits.
You can take the family from the Gator, but you can never take the Gator from the family!
