Aren’t these little girls, Nikki and Skye, just beautiful? We wanted to capture their childhood innocence as well as their beauty. The elegance of the dresses hinted toward a more formal, classic portrait. With this in mind, we were able to bring out the charms of a child in the image with Nikki's foot whimsically propped upon the arm of the chair. Showcasing this subtle contrast of formality and childlike innocence will surely stand the test of time while simultaneously serving as a constant reminder of this sweet platform in their little girl stories.
